and when your property sells, you get the credit and the referral business from your happy client AND you get the same full commission that you would have earned if you would have sold it yourself!
We offer the following incentives to qualified real estate professionals:
Seller Referral:
Property referral compensation in the amount of Three (3%) percent of the sales price upon closing of the property.
Since we are an auction-only business, our sales agents DO NOT list or sell property outside of the auction arena, therefore, we do not compete for the clients of traditional agents/brokers.
Buyer Referral:
Three (3%) percent commission based on the final winning bid to any properly licensed real estate Broker/Agent whose registered bidder is the successful purchaser for the listed property.
Commissions will only be paid upon final settlement of the purchase and after all terms and considerations of the sales agreement are satisfied.
GETTING STARTED
Contact me at 352.217.3169 or email msprague@bestauctioneer.com to request the broker participation agreement on the subject property. In order to receive a commission the registration form must be completed in full, signed by you and your buyer prior to the auction sale.
Oral registrations do not qualify for commission participation.
PROPERTY INFORMATION
We prepare a complete property information package (PIP) on all properties. These are available by calling our office or at the auction site on pre-sale inspection day.
PRE-SALE INSPECTION
Broker must show the property to his/her buyer. All properties are available for viewing by appointment during our pre-sale inspection day usually 7-14 days immediately prior to auction day. The exact date is listed in the PIP.
Help your client determine the property value. Do your own market analysis on the property. What would you have listed this at if it was your listing? Let your buyer know this isn’t a “fire sale”. The auction method of marketing simply helps determine current market value. In conversations with bidders who were unsuccessful, the many say they wish they had bid at least one more time.
AUCTION DAY
The participating broker must be properly licensed by the State of Florida and attend the auction sale to assist the buyer in the bidding process.
We look forward to working together with you!
