SO, WHO'S YOUR BENEFIT AUCTIONEER?
A recent auctioneer poll explains why I receive so many urgent calls from exasperated auction event organizers who are picking up the challenge and are desperate to change the direction of a prodding, boring or stale live auction event!
The results are revealing that 33% are utilizing the services of a professional benefit auctioneer. Good for you! However, 16% are using a celebrity/sports/radio personality to call their auction or are employing a general auctioneer. Sadly, a full one-third are using a volunteer, while another small percentage actually voted, "none of the above", (don’t know what that could be!)
Gala auction events are many months in the planning and are the centerpiece of a non-profit organization’s fundraising annual program with unlimited potential!
