Gregory (Greg) Little has joined TCI Group-Lowry & Foster, Inc. as an Affiliate Broker / Regional Partner with primary responsibility to bring commercial & industrial real estate brokerage services to the entire Tri-Cities regional market. Greg is a lifelong resident of Sullivan County, TN and has accumulated experience in multi-family residential investment and property management. He will also be responsible for promoting retail and restaurant growth along with investment opportunities in both single and multi tenant leased properties throughout the region. Greg received his MBA from East Tennessee State University in 1995 and is currently very active in community affairs, presently serving a a member of various boards for several non-profit organizations.

Hope is an affiliate broker/regional partner with TCI Group, Lowry & Foster, Inc. and works with both Commercial and Residential. She came on board with TCI Group in March of 2008 and also serves as the Administrative Assistant for the agency.

Mr. Cowan joined TCI Group, Lowry & Foster, Inc. as an Affiliate Broker/Regional Partner in February of 2008. Since then, Mike has continued to work in the Residential field and has increased his knowledge of the residential field. Whether it's listing your home or assisting in the purchase of a home, Mike goes above and beyond to help make the process as simple and less stressful you as possible.

Rick joins TCI Group-Lowry & Foster, Inc. to emphasize and coordinate the agency's commitment to retail brokerage and development within the Tri-Cities region. He brings a strong financial background and experience, including extensive loan origination and new business marketing. He most recently served as the New Business Development / Trust Officer for First Virginia Bank. Rick's primary function is to coordinate with and assist local and regional real estate developers in securing national level tenants for new shopping center development throughout the region. Mr. Armstrong has a B. S. in Business Administration from Bristol College, Bristol, TN Mr. Armstrong is also the Principal Broker for the Lowry & Foster, Inc. office.
